| Vinification and Aging | The crushed-destemmed grapes are placed in tanks where the normal alcoholic fermentation lasts about 12/13 days at a controlled temperature of 27-28 ° C. The refinement lasts about 6 months, partly in steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. |
| Sensory analysis | Color: medium intensity ruby red with purple hues. Bouquet: of small red fruits mixed with ripe cherries, hints of myrtle and Mediterranean scrub. Taste: warm taste with round tannins, savory, fresh and vibrant backbone with notes of green tobacco in the aftertaste. "Fresh" wine, marketable from the spring following the harvest. |
