How do I create an account?

To create a customer account:
1. Enter your email address and select a password that is six characters or more

2.   Sellers please contact us at [email protected] to create your account.

How do I change my billing or shipping address?

1. From your username, click on the drop down menu. Select “My Account”.
  a. You may also select “Billing Address” or “Shipping Address” directly from the drop down menu next to your name.

2. You will be sent to a page where you can edit, add or change your billing or shipping addresses.

How do I change my password?

1. Go to your username and a drop down menu will appear
2. Select “Edit Account”
3. You will be sent to the “Edit Account Details” page 
4. Enter your current password, then enter a new password and then confirm your new password. Passwords must be a minimum of six characters. 
5. Click the “Save Changes” button to update your password.

How do I change my email address?

Go to your username, and a drop down menu will appear. Select “Edit Account.” You will you will be directed to to the Edit Account Details page. Enter a email address in the email address field. Click the “Save Changes” button to update your account.

How do I shop at a specific store?

From the main menu, select “Store List”. You will see a list of stores. Select the store you want to shop at by clicking “Visit Store”, the store banner, or the store name.

How do I connect with my favorite stores on social media?

On each store’s home page banner, under contact info, there is a social media tool bar where you can click to connect with the social media platform of your choice.

How do I contact a seller?

Contact information can be found on the store page banner. You may also send them an email directly through the “Send Message” box located on the left hand side of the store page, underneath the events “Upcoming Events” section.  Contact information for every seller can also be found on every product page under the “Seller Info” tab.

How do I contact GABA APP?

Send us a message though the form on the Contact Us page, or send an email to [email protected] We will respond as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to get my products?

Each store has their own shipping and delivery policy. Please click on the Terms and Conditions tab located under the store banner to see their shipping and delivery policy.

What is your return policy?

Each store has their own return policy. Please click on the Terms and Conditions tab located under the store banner to see their return policy.

Where do I find my wishlist?

  • You can navigate to your wishlist page from the wishlist option on the footer menu at the bottom of the webpage.
  • You can also navigate to your wishlist page after adding a product to your wishlist. A browse wishlist option will appear to the right of the add to wishlist link.

How do I add products to my wishlist?

You can add products to your wishlist by selecting the “Add to Wishlist” option located under the add to cart button on the product page.

How do I add items on my wishlist to my shopping cart?

  • You can select the “Add to Cart” option from your wishlist page
  • If you have an item with multiple product sizes on your wishlist you will select “select options” where you will be directed to the product page. Select your bottle size and add the product to your shopping cart.

How do I share my wishlist?

You can share your wishlist with your friends by navigating to you Wishlist page. Select one of the social media icons below the “Share on” feature to share your list with friends.

Where do you ship to?

Shipping locations should be listed under each stores term and conditions tab. You can also contact us  or the store directly.

How do I know if a store delivers to me?

Please check the store page. Click on terms and conditions. On the top of the terms and conditions page the store will list it’s delivery zones. Unfortunately we do not have automated delivery zones at this time. You can also call the store in question to confirm that they will deliver to you. If you have already placed an order, but you are outside of the delivery zone please contact the store directly to cancel your order, or write to us on the contact form which can be found at on the footer at the bottom of the webpage.

I checked out but want to cancel my order

Please contact the store directly and let them know that you wish to cancel your order. If you require further assistance please contact us through the contact form found on the footer at the bottom of the webpage.

How do I Get Referral Points

Go to Rewards Points on the upper right-hand menu of the home page. 

Click on generate referral link button. Share your personal link on social media or send it directly to your friends. You will get 500 points for every friend that creates an account using your link.

Referral links expire after 100 days. After 100 days you will need to generate a new link.

Which actions Add to My Rewards Points

  • 1 point for every dollar spent
  • 500 points for every member who signs up using your refferal link
  • 500 points for every member who signs up from a social share refferal link
  • 10 points for every product you facebook like 
  • 50 Points for sharing products on Facebook, Google Plus  or Twitter
  • 50 Points for writing a product review
  • 10 points per daily login

Where is My Rewards Points History

You can find your points history by clicking on Rewards Points from the top right menu of the home page.

On your rewards point page, you will see your points history. You can find your total points, and actions you have performed in the history section. 

Points do not have an expiration date so that column will be blank.

How do I Unsubscribe from Reward Points Notification Emails

Go to the menu on the top right corner of the home page and click on rewards points. 

On your rewards point page underneath the referral link, you will see a checkbox that says: “Unsubscribe Here to Stop Receiving Reward Points Emails.

You will get a confirmation popup confirming that you are unsubscribed from notifications. 



How do I Find My Rewards Points Balance

You can view your rewards point balance by going to the top right menu on the home page and clicking rewards points. Your rewards points will be displayed on this page. You can also see your balance on the shopping cart page. Your total points and their value will be displayed on the top of the cart page.

What Can I Redeem Points For

You can redeem rewards point for money off of your order.

How do I Redeem Rewards Points

You need a minimum of 5000 rewards points for redemption of $5 off of your order. 

Once your account balance contains 5000 or more points there will be an option on the cart page to apply your points for money off of your order.
