This sparkling wine made in the heart of the Côte des Bar with Pinot noir, Pinot blanc and Chardonnay. It is a champagne with between two and three years of aging in rhymes and it is the most traditional wine of the house. Aromatic notes of fine pastries and citrus cream appear, as well as an excellently balanced mid-palate.
