Return and Refund Policy
We offer free express shipping on orders shipped within NY state over $300. Shipping will be credited back after checkout. Orders ship the next day and usually arrive no later two days after placement.
Shipping available to AK, CA, CT, DC, FL, ID, LA, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OR, VA, WY, WA.
If you do not see your state listed please contact us via live chat or the contact form and we will do our best to arrange shipment using a 3rd party.
Adult 21 and over must be present to sign for the package at time of delivery.
Section 1: ORDER RETURN.
1.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the store directly to replace the product or receive a refund.
1.2 Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Section 2: ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS.
2.1 If an order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly. You can find the number on our website at the bottom of the page.
2.2 Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.
