Izzy's Wine & Spirits Store POLICY
Shipments of all spirits excluding wine is at own risk. We can not reimburse for bottles that are damaged by FedEx of hard alcoholic spirits.
$5.00 Delivery on orders of $30 or more
Free Delivery on orders of $50 or more
20% restocking fee for returned products

“All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.”

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY:
“Please be assured that your items will ship out within two- five hours of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx., and in house delivery services. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
AGE VERIFICATION: No person under the age of 21 shall be delivered any alcohol. Proof of age must be present upon delivery. These requirements will upheld by Federal Express, and UPS.
