The nose testifies to the great maturity of the grape, where the aromas of white fruits predominate (apricot and peach) embellished with a zest of citrus fruit (bergamot) and a hint of spice. On the palate, there is a touch of exoticism, a lot of roundness and aromatic power, all diffused with great elegance. The wine stretches out on a very mineral that strengthens its balance.

Description

If the coast of the Damned Mountains is so famous, it is not only for the difficulty of working there, but above all for the quality of this very sunny terroir facing south. This vertiginous slope which dominates Chavignol rests on marls and limestone studded with small shells. The vintage has only sublimated the intrinsic qualities of the Damned Mountains.
