Our Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from an award-winning, organic vineyard in the renowned Languedoc region in the South of France, from a family who has been making wine for over fourteen generations.
All grapes are harvested by night to preserve aromatic potential. The juice is allowed a short period of contact with the skins to emphasize aromas, followed by a slow press and low temperature vinification in stainless steel tanks.
