his Country wine is a Tribute to our lifelong wine, the wine from the Chilean countryside. Uva Pais 100%, the first viniferous strain to arrive in Chile at the time of the Colony, old vines of 200 years. Pipeño comes from the way it is made into wine, from when the grape arrives at the winery, through shaking, fermentation in the Chilean Rauli press and of course stored in PIPA, hence its name PIPEÑO.
