HONEY OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz (60 ml) Tequila Tromba Añejo
0.5 oz (15 ml) Honey Syrup (2:1 honey to water)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange Twist (for garnish)

PREPARATION:

In a mixing glass, combine Tequila Tromba Añejo, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters. Fill with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, express an orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then garnish with the twist.
