| Tasting | Production is mainly of red wines, deeply coloured – almost black – and with a surprising fruit which blends aromas of black fruits and stone-fruits. These wines, usually very chewy, have good keeping properties. While I am in favour of a rather gentle vinification in order not to extract too much tannin, I suggest that these wines should be drunk in their first eight years. |
