The unusual blend of two vines of opposing characteristics give this Cuvée some fascinating traits. Starting with the colour, a brilliant shade of antique pink dotted with lively and very fine bubbles, the strong fruity notes of Marasca cherry and blackberry from the Raboso grapes blend with the delicate hints of raspberry and strawberry from the Pinot Noir, enchanting as the sweet floral shades of rose and violet. The vibrant freshness of our rustic Raboso and the velvety softness of the French Pinot Noir create in this rosé sparkling wine a balanced combination in the mouth, a refined and generous taste framed by a satisfying fruitiness.
