Description

In the North East corner of Minervois, La Livinière is at the foothills of the Black Mountain. The area is extremely dry and sunny, and in the summer the cool night wind from the mountain brings up to the grapes the acidity producing a perfect balance. Facing South and planted on a clay and limestone soil, the 40 to 50 years old vines deliver a low yield and a high concentration.
