This stylish Sonoma Pinot blends Red Car’s most notable, cool-climate vineyards: Fort Ross, Freestone and Occidental. Naturally low in alcohol and high in acidity, this understated beauty is fermented with ambient yeast in small open top fermenters and aged in French oak barrels (only 5% new oak). Only about 600 cases are produced each vintage.
