The ‘Milu’ is made exclusively from Tinto del Pais (Tempranillo) sourced from organic, older vines around the La Aguilera area of Ribera del Duero. The area sits up to 900m above sea level, and this altitude helps cool the vines in the baking Spanish sun. The result is a vibrant red, with silky tannins, notes of ripe dark fruits, black cardamom, liquorice, and peppery spices. Bright and pure, with great acidity and supple tannins. Organic
