Description

This is the first certified Pét-Nat from the Vinho Verde Region, with the end of the alcoholic fermentation taking place in the bottle. This unique wine was based on Alvarinho and Loureiro grape varieties, without any addition of yeast or sulfites. It is a natural wine, but is more clearly evocative of the grape varieties used than most wines flying under that controversial banner.
