Müller Thurgau 2020 Ripe grapes were hand harvested, ground and de-stemmed. After a 2-day fermentation, the mash was pressed and spontaneously fermented in a 2000-liter stainless steel vessel, where the wine matured on fine lees. Bottled without filtration. Wine with the aroma of summer meadow and apples. The taste of the wine is layered with pleasant acidity in the finish.
