Description

The farm comprises 125 acres of organically farmed vineyards in the highest part of Puglia, Gioia del Colle, half an hour’s drive inland west of Bari. Like all the red wines of Cassano, Marchesana Primitivo matures exclusively in stainless steel vats and in bottle. It makes a clear impression of the terroir of karst clay soils that bring an incredible minerality with it.
