Pierre Gerbais’ Grains de Celles Rosé is a rare example of a Champagne. Complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this is deliciously fruity with lots of notes of strawberry and raspberry.

Description

A vineyard rooted in a Kimmeridgian terroir, composed of marl and limestone, located in the village of Celles-sur-Ource in the heart of the Côte des Bars. A natural viticulture labeled Ampelos since 1996 and certified High Environmental Value. A limited yield on a 30 middle-aged vineyard. Mechanical tillage, without synthetic products. Vinification, infusion for 24 hours of the Pinot Noir skin in its juice to obtain a rosé wine.
