Description

A 100% Melon de Bourgogne cuvée from organically grown vines, vines planted from 1948 to the end of the 70’s, on schist and gneiss soils, facing South, overlooking the slopes of the Loire. This is a blend of all the Melon parcels of the Estate. The grapes are harvested by hand of course. In the winery: direct pressing, fermentation and maturation in vats. Neither fined nor filtered, bottled at the beginning of March 2021 with only a micro-dose of sulphur.
