Description

Domaine Paul Nicolle is firmly rooted in the winemaker village of Fleys, just 4km from the town of Chablis.
The domaine was created with less than 1ha in 1979 by Robert Nicolle and Josette Laroche, who can both trace their history from winemaking families in Fleys back to the late 19th century. Since establishing the domaine, Robert and Josette worked tirelessly to gradually increase the size of their vineyards, and currently the domaine produces wine from 20ha of vines. In 1999, the two were joined by their son, Charly, who is now officially in charge of the domaine, although Robert can still be found out in the vineyards almost every day.
