Paying respect to the Bordeaux varietals that made the Napa Valley what it is today, Papillon is our take on the classic five -varietal blend. Rich, lush and decadent, we strive to make the wine big and brawny but also nuanced and delicate. Much like the label, the wine presents numerous juxtapositions; at one moment the entr y hits you in the face with ripe fruit while the mid-palate presents an elegant counter. Quality vineyards from across the Napa Vall ey, including fruit from the Atlas Peak and St. Helena AVAs, encompass the blend.
