OKO® Cabernet Sauvignon is produced with organically grown grapes sourced from the foothills of Montagne Noire in the Languedoc, France. The soils are primarily composed of chalky clay with limestone, sandstone, pebbles, and granite. The climate near the medieval walled city of Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire in Languedoc is unique to the area. The dominate climate for the region is Mediterranean with mild winters and hot summers. However where the vineyards are located, there is a unique microclimate and have a humid Bordeaux-like climate with the hot Mediterranean sun.
Pairs well with pasta, steak, on its own, bbq, pizza or burgers.
