Grapes are sourced from a site on the outskirts of Malmesbury in the Swartland
appellation. Soils are decomposed granite with some shale, on southwest facing
slopes.
Vinticulture

As of 2014 viticulture has been practicing organic, eschewing chemical treatments
entirely
Winemaking

Grapes are fermented with whole bunches in stainless steel tank. The wine is not
filtered or fined.
