Description

Raspberry Merlet cream combines two fruit varieties that complement each other and bring richness and complexity. The Merlets provide themselves to partner producers to ensure the continuity of the quality produced. Because of their status as blackcurrant growers and winemakers, Merlet can dialogue with these producer-suppliers and use their expertise to select fruits of optimal maturity. The raspberries are then macerated in a fine alcohol to extract all their aromas, then pressed and filtered into a natural infusion of fruit. Finally sugar is added to obtain the final raspberry cream. Mastering the source of the fruits, their maturity, then their transformation by the Merlets, combined with a high concentration of macerated fruits,
