Fermented and matured in steel tanks. This is an easy to drink wine with rich fruit flavours, floral-fruity aromas and with some residual carbon dioxide. Unfiltered, unclarified, bottled without added sulfite. No pump or bottling machine is used, bottling is done by gravity.
