Agave is cooked in an earthen oven, milled using a traditional stone tahona mill, then fermented with natural yeast in oak vats
Distilled twice in a clay pot still
Rested for 1 year in glass before bottling
Red plum, cantaloupe rind, saltwater taffy, jasmine, grapefruit zest, parsnips, fresh crayons, purple flowers, wet stone or bricks, and maybe there’s an old shaggy dog lurking nearby who needs a bath…
