| Characteristics: | The Clos des Prouges comes from one of the most sensitive place of Pouilly-Fuissé. The soil is made of clay and chalk from the Jurassic era and the production is rather small. |
| Conservation: | Pouilly Fuissé is pleasant to drink young, but can easily be aged in a good cellar up to ten years allowing him to develop a superb complex bouquet. |
