Description

Les Deux Moulins are a wonderful project based in the Loire Vineyards.  They source fruit from the central Loire Vineyards, between Anjou and Tours, with the focus on producing delicious Sauvignon Blanc in a lean, Sancerre-inspired style.  Simple vilification at low temperatures in stainless steel retains terrific aromatics but not at the expense of some structure and body.  Remarkably good and inexpensive.
