The 2014 is a classic off-dry Vouvray with lively acidity and the minerality of the vintage. Creamy, lemon-lime nose and bitter lemon on first tasting, evolving to tropical fruit which livens the mouth and shifts to slightly sweet floral notes over time. Drink at 11-14° C. Aging potential (10 years minimum). Organic.
