Description

Made from 120+ year old Mission (aka Pais) vines that are original-rooted and dry farmed in Valle de Guadalupe. Grapes are destemmed by hand, crushed by foot and fermented with native yeast. The wine ages for 6-8 months in large, neutral oak barrel. No sulfur added. Wine made from organically or biodynamically grown grapes with minimal intervention avoiding the use of chemicals, additives and technology.
