Jean Laurent has traditionally produced single varietal champagnes, either from Pinot Noir or Chardonnay. This is the Blanc de Noirs, (100% Pinot Noir) which is from the 2015 harvest, with reserve wines from the previous 4 years. It ages for several years on its lees in the cellar.
