Consumer satisfaction and product safety are of overriding importance to Jaillance’s winegrowers. In 1977 they began to introduce modern methods of quality control to support their constant quest for improvement in this field, and today all major activities focus on a continuous growth in quality as well as safety, hygiene, the environment and sustainability. Jaillance’s work in this area is well-recognised, and has been awarded the following official certifications :- ISO 14001 – in recognition of the Environmental Management System, since 2007
- IFS (International Food Standard) – food safety certification, since 2006
- Also accredited by ECOCERT (since 1989) and VDD (Vignerons en Développement Durable) in 2007.
