Description

Ichiro’s Single Malt is a limited edition whisky produced by Chichibu Distillery in Saitama, Japan. It is made from 100% malted Concerto two row barley, milled and mashed in-house and fermented in Mizunara washbacks for 90-100 hours. The whisky is then distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills and aged in a combination of a sherry hogshead and ex-IPA, imperial stout, and hopped cider casks.
