| Winemaker Notes | The grapes were crushed, chilled and gently pressed to retain the bright fruit flavours. The juices were then fermented separately in tank at cool temperatures to enhance the varietal characteristics of the wine. The wine was briefly matured on lees to build texture and complexity before final blending prior to packaging. |
