Bringing together the lush biome of Cape Town, South Africa, CPT is a ticket to the unexplored realms of gin. With notes of mint, gooseberry, eucalyptus and a host of African teas, CPT works incredibly well in tiki drinks and mojitos.
Distilled with 15 botanicals including: buchu leaf, immortelle flowers, juniper, aloe, rooibis tea, umckaloabo root, cape gooseberry, eucalyptus, lemon balm, almond, gentian root, coriander, licorice root, angelica root, orris root.

Description
Halftone focuses on small batch, botanically diverse spirits. We experiment with the intersection of flavors and push the boundaries of what gin is and can be.
All of our spirits are distilled on-premise from 100% New York State agriculture. Our gin is infused with the finest botanicals, sourced from all over the world and hand crushed immediately before distillation.
Due to the complex layering of botanicals, a slight haze may be present in all gins.
