This is our signature Malbec which is produced from the grapes selected from the best sections of our vineyard to ensure the highest quality possible. The grapes are hand picked into small baskets starting the harvest in the early morning to avoid the mid day heat. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks, then we age this wine for at least 18 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels. The result is an extremely smooth wine with a great fruity taste and high alcohol content. To enjoy at its full potential, we suggest serving at between 16 and 18 °C (61-65 °F) and decanting for at least 30 minutes before serving
