Description

Golden yellow liqueur with fine orange shades. The bouquet is revealed in stages : sweetness of ripe apricot at first, then a slight vegetal hint, and sweet spices (vanilla) and caramel in the finish. The taste is at first very round and smooth mouth, reminding of one caramelized apricot compote.

Pure on crushed ice or in cocktails.
Cocktail Suggestion

Nuit d’Automne

20 ml Vodka citron
30 ml Abricot du Roussillon
10 ml Crème de Châtaigne (Chestnut)

Glass : cocktail
Method : shake

Add the ingredients to a shaker
Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
Serve
30 ml cherry juice
