Description

Domaine Gérard Boulay is one of the great estates in Sancerre. He works on superb plots around Chavignol, where the famous crottin is also produced. Sloping vineyard where old vines reign, the work of the Gérard Boulay estate wants to be demanding, in order to express all the beauty of the terroirs. He works his different plots, as Domaine Vincent Pinard does, to create cuvées with a precise identity. The viticulture practiced is intended to be free of all chemical inputs, pesticides and other herbicides. We practice grassing, and we promote the life of the soil. It is peasant agriculture.
