The “299,” is an artisanal rosé that owes its name to the altitude meters where the vines are grown and to the liters of amphora capacity where the wine ferments spontaneously. The nose shows a very rich aromatic profile, alternating floral notes of pink and violet and fruity hints of forest berries and pink grapefruit. The taste is juicy and quite intense, characterized by a pleasant and energizing freshness. Organic Wine, made with old style artisanal methods.
