Its color is pale yellow accompanied by beautiful green reflections.

On the nose, we find beautiful thiolated aromas such as citrus and passion fruit mixed with notes of white flowers.

On the palate, good acidity as well as minerality give this vermentinu tension, freshness and good length which enhance the aromas already perceived on the nose.

Description

Clos Alivu , located in the Argriates desert, has nearly 15 ha in PDO Patrimonio : 3 ha in the town of Oletta and 12 ha in the town of Santo-Pietro-di-Tenda. The Patrimonio appellation is the oldest and best known in Corsica. Its exceptional exposure and its ventilated climate allow sustainable cultivation which limits phytosanitary treatments and a harvest of grapes that have reached perfect maturity. Its grape varieties are exclusively made up of island grape varieties : Vermentino for the whites, Niellucciu for the reds and rosés. The harvest is manual.
