Prémices is made purely with Chenin cultivated on a terroir of clay and flint on tuffeau. The wine is fermented in barriques and matured in the same containers for 10 months. Its nose is driven by citrus, yellow fruit and white flower aromas and the palate is beautifully textured with just the right amount of acidity to balance its intense fruit and purity.
