Katamacerato is a macerated wine that comes from pure Cataratto grapes. The idea is to give the right value to a grape that over the years has unfortunately been subject to industrial viticulture and has therefore lost its main characteristics. A nice turnaround, for the grape variety most cultivated in the Alcamo area, which Guido and Nicola also wanted to emphasize with the name and label, with a katana that cuts the grapes in two parts.
