This wine has been produced for a long time by the winegrowers of Ammerschwihr who have enhanced their hillsides by blending Pinot Blanc with a hint of Muscat.

On the estate we harvest these grapes halfway through the harvest season on the Katzenstegel and Sand hillsides located at the entrance to the valley that leads to Les Trois Epis.

A thirst-quenching wine, it is pleasantly drunk with regional gastronomy dishes (raclette, mussels, fleischnacka).
