The Chambolle-Musigny Les Bussières 2020 jumps out of the glass with aromas of cherries, red currants, sweet spices, orange peel and raw cocoa. Medium to full-bodied, lively and concentrated, with powdery tannins and a salty finish. The taste has a Morey-like structure, which is no surprise as it borders the appellation (Roumier’ Clos de la Bussières) Fine grip with a refined injection of black olives in the aftertaste.
