This Saumur Rouge 2019 has an intense ruby ​​red color, with reflections tending to purplish. This is because it is still young and we can verify it from the nose, where in spite of everything it already expresses very distinct spicy and juniper berries notes, together with licorice, ripe red fruits (morello cherry).

The mouth is also lively and fresh, with elegant floral aromas of rose and violet, fruits that return to the palate, acidity present but already well balanced. Long sip that ends in a slightly spicy finish.
