Nose: Intense and highly complex aromatic composition with characteristic aromas of apple, butter, and sweet spices like cinnamon and cloves.
Mouth: Rich, refreshing and well – balanced with main aromas of apple, butter flavor with mild oxidation, as well as aromas of cinnamon and a hint of vanilla. Aftertaste is reminiscent of sweet cherry and refreshing bubbles that highlight the complexity of aromas in every sip.

| Vinification | The de-stemmed grapes during fermentation process remain in oak casks for about 12 days. When the temperature starts falling, the first decanting takes place and 2-3 other decanting procedures follow up, during autumn season. Second fermentation occurs in closed tanks. Bottling is done without adding other substances and with a few residual sugars. |
