Riesling AOP “Sentiment” is born from the bunches of the famous variety from three organically grown vineyards. Each parcel differs in soil composition and climatic conditions. After soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in contact with the noble lees. A great white, sharp and mineral.

Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections. Olfactory profile that opens on notes of peach and citrus, followed by floral and balsamic sensations, on a mineral background of flint. In the mouth, the acidity is supported by the great mineral flavor, giving us a sip of rare elegance.
