Description

This is an authentic wine from the Dezzani collection. Bastione is a symbol of Cocconato. All the grapes are hand harvested around the middle of september, followed by a long maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is refined in big traditional oak wood barrels for 12 months, which continues in the bottle
