So individual is this wine that it was often refused the Bourgogne Aligoté designation in blind tastings. It now bears the Vin de France label. Drawn exclusively from very old vines, it is a candidate for the best expression of the grape in Burgundy. It marries the saline character of Aligoté with palate-coating peach, pear and citrus. Drink 2022-2027.
