Peyrabon 2016 has a refreshing and dynamic attack, with a strong acidic structure. The tannins, elevated by their elegant grain, are fleshy, delicate and silky. This vintage reveals Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot that add hints of spiciness.
